How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Mon–Sat). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across India. Goa and nearby states usually receive orders in 2–3 days.
Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer attractive wholesale pricing for orders above 10kg. Please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form above with your requirements and we'll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

We have a 7-day return and replacement policy. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund – no questions asked.
How are cashews packaged? What is the shelf life?

All cashews are packed in airtight, food-grade resealable pouches with a nitrogen flush to preserve freshness. Shelf life is 6–9 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 2–3 months for best quality.
Do you accept corporate / festival gift orders?

Absolutely! We offer custom corporate gifting solutions for Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and other occasions. Custom packaging, branded boxes, and personalized messages are available. Contact us at least 10 days in advance for bulk gift orders.
